3. Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Arpree Tech Solutions Private Limited! We are committed to providing you with high-quality electronic products and a positive shopping experience. As we are a new business, we are currently operating with a limited return and refund policy.
1. Cancellation of Products
a. You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully prior to the shipment is “Out for Delivery.” Orders cannot be cancelled once the package is “Out for Delivery.” You can track your order under ‘My cart’ section of your account on Website.
b. if you change your mind about an order before it ships, you may cancel it through the “My cart” section of your account on the Website.
c. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will make every effort to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been marked “Out for Delivery.” You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed. The refund for the cancelled order will be processed within 3-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method you used for the purchase.
d. If your order has already been “out for Delivery”, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our return policy below.
e. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen circumstances without any prior intimation to the customer and a full refund will be initiated for the order.
2. Damaged or defective Products
